The EU´s chemical regulation REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemical substances) entered into force on 1 June 2007. The REACH Regulation includes all chemical substances and sets clear responsibilities to producers, suppliers as well as users of chemical substances and products.
Pre-registration of manufactured and/or imported substances has been carried out since January 2009.

ECHA (European Chemicals Agency) has published, Oct. 2008, a Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern for Authorisation) The list will be updated regularly when more substances are identified as SVHC.
None of the currently listed substances are used as raw material in the manufacturing of EXPO-NET products.
We will do our utmost to keep our customers informed if any of the substances used by us will be classified as a SVHC.

EXPO-NET is unfortunately not able to fill in questionnaires concerning REACH, as we cannot provided you with further information than given here. We await future documents to be finalised by the ECHA (e.g. candidate list).
When the REACH legislation becomes clearer, we will be communicating further with our own suppliers and customers to gather the information needed to ensure compliance of the legislation.
