HOWAG Kunststoffe AG (24-11-06)
 EXPO-NET Danmark A/S are pleased to
announce the acquisition of Howag
Kunststoffe AG’s Netting Activities.

The Swiss company Howag Kunstoffe AG
has, during the past 40 years, produced
diamond mesh products for packaging,
filtration, protection of industrial parts and
a number of other niche areas.

The takeover will ensure a continuous
stable expansion within our core areas,
increase our capacity and further
enhance our range of products.

The takeover will take effect from the
1st of December 2006.


Australia & New Zealand (01-10-06)
 EXPO-NET has appointed Mr. George
Papageorge as our exclusive distributor
throughout Australia and New Zealand
for our range of BIO-BLOK® Biological
Filtration Media for treatment of waste water.

George has had vast experience within this
industry throughout this region over the last
six years.


Yet Another Major Customer
(14-06-06)
A fast delivery time, perfect quality, and
our ability to work in close co-operation
with the customers to meet their demanding
specifications has resulted in EXPO-NET
winning yet another significant order for
industrial netting.

The new business will have an influence on
our investment strategy for 2007.

During the past 6 months EXPO-NET has
experienced an unprecedented increase in
order intake which has resulted in us
increasing our forecast of our expected sales
for the year 2006.


Investment Programme Carried Out
(11-05-06)
 Our ambitious investment programme has
just been completed. This has among other
things resulted in a more than 20% increase
in production capacity with shorter lead times
and more focus on development.

The next step will be a heavy development on
new markets and new net types in order to
meet our customers’ exact needs.


UK Distributors Appointed
(updated 01-04-06)
 The opening of our UK Sales Office
last year has proved a great success.
We are pleased to announce that we
now have established distributors
